We have started our Permaculture project at the beginning of march 2020 in Badolato – a quiet little village nestled in the foothills between the Ionian Sea and the forested Calabrian mountain range.
Our main focus lies on soil regeneration and healing the land. Our passion is to contribute to a healthy and thriving planet and inspire other people to do the same.
Temperatures can reach 75 degrees! 
Building a hot compost pile 
This compost is hot!
With our hot compost production and by applying other regenerative techniques we strive to slowly improve the soil and grow nutritious-dense food, including the delicious olive oil which we produce from our 400+ olive trees.
We study the microbiology in our soils to understand what might be missing and how we can bring it back to its full potential. In our Soil Lab we can assess any soil or compost sample and identify the present microorganisms to design the best strategy.
