In realt\u00e0, gli oli di oliva con un contenuto di polifenoli di <strong>250mg\/kg<\/strong> o pi\u00f9 possono dichiararsi designati <strong>\"Prodotti alimentari che proteggono la salute\".&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Conoscete il livello di polifenoli del nostro olio extravergine di oliva?&nbsp;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Contiene <strong>438 mg\/kg<\/strong> di totali <strong>polifenoli<\/strong> e stiamo lavorando molto per incrementare ulteriormente questo valore \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uno dei composti fenolici pi\u00f9 interessanti sono <strong>Oleocantale<\/strong> e <strong>Oleaceine<\/strong>. Hanno suscitato grande interesse scientifico per le loro straordinarie propriet\u00e0 biologiche, come ad esempio <strong>anticancro<\/strong> e <strong>anti-infiammatorio<\/strong> attivit\u00e0 simile a quella dell'ibuprofene in grado di inibire la progressione di <strong>la malattia di Alzheimer<\/strong>. L'oleocantale pu\u00f2 attivare alcuni recettori nella cavit\u00e0 orofaringea e dare una sensazione di bruciore. Questa sensazione viene descritta come \"<strong>pungenza<\/strong>\" e lo sentiamo in fondo alla gola.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/badolatopermaculture.org\/it\/connect-with-us\/\" target=\"_blank\">Contattaci<\/a> se volete provare il nostro olio d'oliva precoce, altamente medicinale (\"Verdone\") o il nostro normale olio extravergine d'oliva.
